Cadillac CUE 2.5 Upgrade Kit – Now Discontinued

After much consideration, we’ve officially discontinued our Cadillac CUE 2.5 Upgrade Kit.

While we’ve been proud to support this product over the years, the reality is: it’s time. The volume of technical support requests has reached a point where it’s no longer sustainable — not because we don’t want to help, but because the situations have become too complex, too inconsistent, and often tied to misdiagnosed issues.

Between aging radio receivers, HMI modules, amplifiers, CD players, and full CUE stacks, there are simply too many points of failure on these older vehicles. Unfortunately, customers are often deep into a frustrating diagnostic process by the time they reach us — and while we love solving problems, we can’t keep devoting hours of tech time or absorbing return requests on custom-built electronic parts that have already been installed.

We’ve hit the point where continuing to offer this kit would mean saying “no” more often than “yes” — and that’s not how we operate.
