Shipping Policy

Unlike many competitors, most of our items include free shipping in the listed price, so you can see your final cost upfront. No account needed and no surprise fees. Just OEM parts with an OEM warranty and transparent pricing.

Order Processing & Transit Times

• Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.
• Estimated transit times do not include processing time.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order is fulfilled.

Free Shipping

• Some products qualify for FREE Shipping, which will be displayed at checkout if available.
• Free shipping applies only to orders shipping within the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states).
• This option uses an economical ground service with a carrier of our choosing.
• Need it faster? Expedited options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

Exclusions include (but are not limited to):
• Oversized products (weight, dimensions, or both)
• Hazmat-classified products
• Truck freight shipments
• Shipping outside the contiguous United States

Expedited Shipping

• Expedited orders are prioritized for faster processing.
• We strive for same-day processing, but some items may still require 1 to 3 business days to ship.
• Transit time is typically 1 to 3 business days, but final delivery depends on the carrier and is not guaranteed.

Alternate Shipping Address Policy

Alternate shipping is permitted only when the destination is a verified commercial or business address.
If billing and shipping addresses differ, we have the right to review on an order-to-order basis.  We reserve the right to cancel any order if we deem something high risk by our standards. 

Residential Shipping Clarification:

Yes, we ship to houses!

If your bank billing address is a house, your shipping address must be the SAME house

We do not allow shipping to an alternate "house" address without pre-approval 

This policy is in place to prevent fraud and ensure secure delivery. 

 

PO Box & Mailbox Address Restriction

❌ We do not accept PO Boxes or private mailbox addresses (UPS Store, FedEx Office, USPS mailbox services, or similar) as billing or shipping addresses, without prior approval.

Both the billing and shipping address must be a valid physical street address.

Orders placed with PO Boxes or mailbox services without prior approval may be cancelled.

This policy is in place to prevent fraud and ensure secure delivery. Sorry, but bad eggs ruin good things.

International Shipping

🌎 We ship worldwide.
• For most international destinations (except Canada), please choose “Contact After Checkout” at checkout.
• We will email you a shipping quote before finalizing your payment.
• Customs Duties & Taxes: These are the buyer’s responsibility. We do not collect, remit, or prepay these fees.

Carrier Substitution Policy

We may change the shipping method at our discretion to ensure timely and safe delivery. This may occur due to:
• Carrier delays or regional issues
• Availability of faster or more efficient options
• Service interruptions

You will still receive full tracking with any substituted method.

Damage & Non-Receipt Claims

Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date and before installation. Send an email to claims@404Parts.com with the following:

✔ Clear, unzoomed photos of the damaged item (multiple angles)
✔ Photos of outer packaging showing any damage
✔ Photo of the shipping label or box with identifying details

Claim Review & Response Time

Once we receive your full claim, we will respond within 24 to 48 hours with next steps for resolution.
