Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell products and services.

We strive to display product images and colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee exact monitor representations. We may limit sales or quantities and discontinue products at any time.

We no longer allow alternate shipping addresses for residential deliveries. Alternate shipping addresses are only accepted for verified commercial locations. This policy is in place to prevent fraud and ensure the security of transactions.

SECTION 22 - Right to Refuse Service, Order Abuse, and Fraud Policy

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, suspend accounts, or block ordering privileges for customers who engage in threatening, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, illegal, or otherwise unacceptable conduct toward our staff or business. Examples of unacceptable conduct include threats of violence, harassment, attempts to coerce or extort, repeated abusive communications, and knowingly providing false or misleading information.

We also reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, suspend accounts, or block ordering privileges for customers who engage in order abuse, return abuse, repeated or excessive returns, chargeback abuse, friendly fraud, multiple failed payment attempts, or any other behavior that indicates an attempt to evade payment, misrepresent an order, or unfairly exploit our policies. If a bank, payment processor, or financial institution indicates a payment is fraudulent or disputes a charge, we may hold, cancel, or refuse the order pending verification.

If we refuse service after payment, refunds will be handled in accordance with our refund policy. We may require additional verification of identity or payment before fulfilling an order, and we may preserve records of offending communications, report illegal activity to law enforcement, and provide documentation to financial institutions and platform partners. We will apply this policy consistently and not on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, pregnancy, genetic information, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, military status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.
