What Is UGN And How Do I Know If I Have It?
UGN is a factory build code for vehicles with Adaptive Cruise Control and Automatic Braking. If your CT4 or CT5 has these features, the radar sensor is mounted directly behind the front emblem and must see through it to function. Run your hand across the emblem — if it feels smooth and glassy, you have UGN.
Are These Just “Quick Stick-On” Emblems?

How Are They Blacked Out?
The Emblem is fully dissassembled. Then the outer frame is glass-beaded, sealed, and painted using BASF Black Raven (GBA WA8555) with OEM-grade clear coat. The center cannot be painted or radar performance would fail, so it’s finished with a smoked, self-healing PPF that resists chips, fading, and light scratches. It’s applied before reassembly for full coverage and no visible seams. Our process has been used for over four years without a single warranty claim.
What Is The Warranty?
All parts retain the 12-month GM manufacturer warranty however since they are "customized" we stand behind them on our own and we include our paint and workmanship coverage for the same time period as well.
Can I Install It Myself?
