Originally offered as factory option 5XR, this grille package features the same gloss black mesh design found on V-Series models while maintaining OEM fit, finish, and quality.

Manufactured by GM specifically for the CT5, this complete grille assembly features a gloss black mesh insert and gloss black surround for a clean factory-upgrade appearance. Unlike aftermarket alternatives, this is a direct replacement for your original grille and requires no modifications to install.

Two versions are available depending on whether your vehicle is equipped with the factory HD Surround Vision camera system. Simply select the appropriate option from the dropdown menu. As part of our VIN Check Guarantee, we will verify fitment before shipment.

Important: This kit includes the gloss black upper grille and gloss black surround only. The Cadillac crest emblem and front camera (if equipped) must be transferred from your original grille.
